Graduated of the Instituto Politécnico Nacional inthe Commerce and Administration School, Santo Tomas branch office, with a thesis entitled "Projects of investment of a business in the manufacturing sector". He has participated in different courses on Fiscal Reforms of the Years 2006, 2007 and 2008. He participated in a seminars carried out by the offices "Price Waterhouse Cooper", ¨Deloitte", "KPMG" and the office "Howard Castle Miranda" with themes related to fiscal reforms. He has contributed in the sales reports execution and cost of importing utilizing the system established.asi as the efficient control of the expenses and costs of the different businesses where has worked. He has negotiated with suppliers of different countries such as United States of America, Brazil, Argentina and Chile, as well as with different customers agents for the cost of the importings of chemical products.
