Graduated from the University of Vilno, Lithuania. Her major was in Philology. Besides she studied a graduate in business Administration by the Commercial and Banking School. She worked at Municipal Government of Vilno as responsible for the Control and Coordination for the correct use of the language in public places, besides, has been performed as the Publisher of Scientific publications for the company Savastis, educational of Lithuanian and literature, as well as reporter in Mexico for diverse publications in Lithuania.
Her professional experience covers among others topics, the implementation and application of Administrative Procedures, Recruitment, selection and control of the human resource of the Firm, Organization of courses and events, Quality and Processes in the business, besides contributing to the development of software applied to the areas of her competence.
Virginija entered as the worker of the Administration area of Ibáñez Parkman and Associates, S.C. the 24 of September of the 2004.
