Graduate in Law from the Universidad Tecnológica de México with specialization on the Ministry of District Court and Circuit Collegiate Court (2nd generation), offered by Federal Judiciary Institute on 2005.
He participated in the course Bankruptcy Law in the Federal Institute of Specialists in on Bankruptcy. He has participated in different forums regarding Military Law and its Interpretation by the Federal Judicial Power, General Notions of the Amparo Trial and General Theory of Process in the Federal Judiciary Institute.
He is an attorney at the Energy and Infrastructure Group as well as at the Ibáñez Parkman Litigation Group. He has provided counsel to government and corporate clients in matters of oil, gas, petro-chemistry, electricity, renewable energy, roads, telecommunications, transportation and water; as well as in the financing of projects, national and international public tenders, concessions and service projects. In addition, he has represented national and foreign clients in important litigations and different procedures of inconformity before the Ministry of Public Administration.
He has worked in the First District Court on Civil Matters in the First Circuit, as Court Secretary, with functions including the preparation of definitive sentences relative to indirect amparo trials in civil and administrative matters, and the analysis and interpretation of different federal and local legislations in civil, commercial and administrative, and fiscal matters; as well as civil, commercial public work agreements and assembly certificates.
