Graduated of the Universidad Panamericana. She studied the Graduate in Copyright and Industrialist in the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Has participated in diverse courses on: Globalization and Right; Vision of North America before the Free Commerce Treaty; Right, Political and Company to the Start of the Third Millennium; Bioethics and Right, General Overview of American Right and Cycle of Conferences in Matter of Franchises in the Universidad Panamericana. Likewise, has attended different forums as: "The Protection of the International Brands" (AMPPI); "The Legal Security in Matter of Copyright" (AMPPI, BMA); "Reforms on the Notoriously Known or Famous Brand Statements"; "Media not Courts for the solution of Legal Conflicts"; "The new reforms to the Law of the patent rights in matter of Franchises" (AMPPI, BMA), Seminar on the "New Law of the Stock Market" (ANADE and Mexican Market of Values). She has participated in the constitution, operation, dissolution and liquidation of diverse oriental, south american, European businesses and Americans in Mexico, assessing them to corporate level in the elaboration of all kinds of contracts, minutes of assemblies, negotiations, fusions, liquidations, corporate audits, attending besides the so much needs of physical people as moralees related to the copyright and industrial. Has participated in negotiations with businesses in North America, Central America, South America, Asia and Europe. also has functioned as legal auditor of diverse transnational businesses. Nuhad Ponce entered as the lawyer of the Corporate area and of Copyright of Ibáñez Parkman and Associates, S.C. the 1º of August of the 2003.
