César García Méndez

Graduated from the Escuela Libre de derecho (1974-1979) with the prize-winning thesis "Brief considerations of the legal nature of the payment on account”. He studied a Master degree  in the Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresas (IPADE) 1981-1983

Member of the international legal fraternity phi - delta - phi, Member of the Barra Mexicana de Abogados of Attorney’s college A.C.: (BMA), Professor of the 2nd course of business law (commercial contracts), Universidad Anáhuac. Member of the Consultative Committee for resolution of commercial disputes private treaty of free commerce of North America, Member of the International Centre of mediation of the Greater Dallas Chamber; Member of the Commission of arbitration of the Mexican chapter of the International Chamber of Commerce. Court of international arbitration (Paris, France).

He participated in the course of commercial arbitration, promoted by the International Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with the Barra Mexicana de Abogados,  as well as in the seminar of international commercial arbitration in America of the International Chamber of Commerce.

He has also attended several courses such as: course of commercial arbitration, promoted by the International Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with the Barra Mexicana  de abogados, course of commercial arbitration, promoted by the Escuela Libre de Derecho with the collaboration of the International Chamber of Commerce; Course of commercial arbitration, promoted by the International Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with the Barra Mexicana de Abogados; Course on commercial arbitration, promoted by the Escuela Libre de Derecho with the collaboration of the International Chamber of Commerce.

He was rapporteur in the course of commercial arbitration provided to judges and Magistrates of the Superior Tribunal of Justice of the Federal District.

He worked as an intern in areas of civil and commercial litigation in law firm Garcia Jimeno, S.C., until the individual management of all kinds of affairs, with responsibility over them.

He worked at the company Posadas de Mexico, S.A. de C.V., in the finance area.

From 1983 to 1988 he worked at Santamarina and Steta, S.C., in the area of Civil and commercial litigation with control and responsibility of all subjects.

He was admitted as a partner of the law firm Garcia Jimeno, S.C. from 1989 to 2001.

From 2000 to 2005 he worked as a holder of García Méndez y Asociados, S.A. de C.V.
