Graduated from the
Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM), Member of the international
legal fraternity phi – delta – phi, Member of the Company Lawyers National
Association, Lawyers College (ANADE, for its initials in Spanish) and Member of
the National Board of Directors of such College, certified in 2010 and 2011 as
a company lawyer by the ANADE, founder of the faculty of law of the Instituto
Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM). He is a professor in the Universidad
Panamericana in Mexico City on Corporative Government matters as well as member
of the professor staff of ANADE Chair.
He took the Master in Company Law in the Universidad Panamericana, graduated with honors. He has a PhD in the program “Company’s Law” given by the Universidad Anahuac de Mexico as well as by the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He took the Courses in Environmental Law and Labor Law at the ITAM. He participated in the seminars “Legal Audit to Companies” and “Labor Law” given by the Escuela Libre de Derecho, as well as other courses given by the International Bar Association in Mexico and abroad, as well as the Development Program for Counselors given by the Centro de Excelencia en Gobierno Corporativo and by the Mexican Stock Exchange. He has been a conference lecturer in numerous universities on corporative subjects, as well as in courses given to lawyers and professionals in several areas. He has participated as a panel member in several conferences and specialized programs. He has several publications in specialized magazines on corporative and labor law. Currently he is an attorney-in-fact of one of the most important human resources associations in Mexico.
He has participated in negotiations with companies in the North, Center and South America, Asia, the East and Europe, as well as in the installation of industrial plants in Mexico. He has several publications in specialized magazines in business, as well as on labor matters.
