Teacher since 1981 at the Universidad La Salle, Universidad Iberoamericana, Instituto Politécnico Nacional, Universidad Panamericana, Instituto Superior de Ciencias Jurídicas. He has participated in various domestic and international forums and conferences since 1984. He is a member of the Mexican Bar, Colegio de Abogados, Asociación Fiscal Internacional, Asociación Barra Internacional, Asociación Internacional de Abogados and the Instituto de Ejecutivos y Finanzas.
Specialty: Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate restructuring Mercantile and Civil Agreements, Immigration, domestic and international taxes, Tax and Administrative Litigation.
Professional Experience: Deloitte & Touche as Director Partner of Legal Corporate and Tax Services, for Mexico from 2002 through 2007, Arthur Andersen as Director Partner of Legal Services for Mexico and Central America from 1996 through 2002. Bufete Ibáñez y Asociados as Parner from 1993 through 1995. Goodrich, Riquelme y Asociados as Attorney and Parbter of the company from 1984 through 1992. Grupo Tolteca, S.A. (Cement Manufacturer) paralegal and afterwards Legal Manager from 1976 through 1984.
